One sentence that sets up the project — what it was, for whom, and the core challenge.
Describe the project context. Who was the client or team? What was the product? What was the problem you were brought in to solve? Give enough background that someone unfamiliar with the project can understand it.
What specifically was broken or missing? What were the pain points — for the team, for users, or for the business? This is where you demonstrate that you understood the actual problem before jumping to solutions.

Walk through your process. What research did you do? What constraints did you work within? What decisions did you make and why? This is the most important section — it shows how you think, not just what you made.
